l am considering getting a tattoo of a word in ''Edwardian script.'' l want it on the inside of my wrist. However, l have small wrists so it would end up being about an inch tall and not quite two inches long. l know that if its too small it will end up looking like a blob next year and l definately do not want that. So what would be the smallest size font l could do and it still look good for years to come?

l would really consider using black pen and testing out different sizes. draw it yourself.wo not be perfect.but you will get an idea of how big or small to get it.
Actually let me rephrase.do not get a tattoo like that until you test it with marker or pen : )
Good luck!

My artist has put lettering on me the size of typewriter print 4 years ago and still looks great. Go to a good artist, look around in your area and do not just go to the first guy that can get you in. The tattoo you're talking about is fairly simple and should not take long. My artist would charge you $40, the shop minimum.

Why,Lord, oh why do all these kids want lettering on them? That is more like a bulls*it prison thing, than it is art. Oh well. It dose not impress me, but, to each their own. They can write it pretty damned small with a three round (long taper.)
