hmmmm..that would be a good tat,you would want to go to Japan or the Philippines for that one,they use natural dyes from fruits for the colors and they out last anything done in the states.i saw one a bud got there and it is 30 years old with zero color fade.

Ther are a lot of artists in the U.S. that can hash it out for that kind of recognition. But there is no need to spend THAT kind of money for a simple portrait. Just check out some portfolios in your home town. There are plenty of good portrait artists all over.

that is based on opinion. just because they are ''nationally ranked'' as one of the best, does not mean they are. go to your local shops and view portraits that the artists have done.
